1. Name of Position: Project Manager

a. Grade: FAVP/AVP.
b. Required for: General Services Division.
c. Educational/Professional Exposure:

• M.Sc/B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from any reputed Engineering University.
• Minimum 10 years of directly related project management experience and associated with the construction of at least 5 high-rise commercial buildings with multiple basement floors as Project Manager/ In-Charge.
• The position requires demonstrated knowledge and understanding of project controls, project management, design & drawings, construction documentation and sequencing as well as working knowledge of alternate materials, method, construction costs, value engineering techniques, and building/ occupancy laws and lease requirements.
• Computer literacy is mandatory.

d. Job Nature: Contractual for 03 years which may be extended on a mutual basis.

2. Name of Position: Civil Engineer

a. Grade: OFFICER/EO/SEO.
b. Required for: General Services Division.
c. Educational/Professional Exposure:

• M.Sc./B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from any reputed Engineering university.
• Minimum 05 years experience/ exposures in the related areas with the construction of at least 2 high-rise commercial buildings with multiple basement floors.

d. Job Nature: Contractual for 3 years which may be extended on mutual basis.

3. Name of Position: Electrical Engineer

a. Grade: OFFICER/EO/SEO.
b. Required for: General Services Division.
c. Educational/Professional Exposure:

• M.Sc./B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from any reputed Engineering University
• The candidate should have minimum 05 years of experience in the relevant field.
• Experience in circuit design, power distribution, cables/wiring/harnesses, load management, displays, and electrical hardware connector methods in support and of requirements.
• Procurement/maintenance of air conditioner, solar panel, CCTV, PFl, engineer machinery & electronic equipment required for Bank.

d. Job Nature: Permanent position.

4. Name of Position: Mechanical Engineer

b. Required for: General Services Division.

• M.Sc/B.Sc. in Electro-mechanical Engineering from any reputed Engineering university.
• The candidate should have minimum 05 years of experience in the relevant field.
• Experience in mechanical design, power distribution, calculation of electromechanical load for substation, generator, etc.
• Procurement/ maintenance of generator, substation and electromechanical equipments required for Bank.

d. Job Nature: Permanent position.

5. Name of the Position: Safety & Security Officer.

a. Grade: FAVP/AVP/FVP.

b. Required for: General Services Division.

c. Educational/Professional Exposure:

• Graduate/Masters in any discipline from any reputed university.
• Diploma in fire safety from Bangladesh Fire Service & Civil Defense
• The candidate should have minimum 10 years of experience in the relevant field.
• Retired Station Officer/Fire Leader from Bangladesh Fire Service and Civil Defense/Armed Forces are encouraged to apply

d. Job Nature: Contractual for 03 years which may be extended on a mutual basis.
